ST. LOUIS, Mo. — 2011 LCT Operator of the Year BEST Transportation of St. Louis’ shuttle division, GO BEST Express, is offering immediate access to ADA-equipped vehicles for mobility-impaired travelers.
GO BEST Express, the official shuttle service for Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, has signed an agreement with the Airport Taxi Council that exempts it from having to notify the airport 48 hours in advance before providing availability to ADA-equipped vehicles.
GO BEST Express also has expanded its service to the City of St. Charles in zip codes 63301 and 63303. In addition to St. Charles, it serves the areas of downtown St. Louis, Clayton, Forest Park, the Central West End, Riverport, Westport, Creve Coeur, and plans to continue expanding over the next few years.
“Since we opened GO BEST Express in July 2009 it has been our goal to provide travelers with optimal transportation services to major hotels in the metropolitan St. Louis area,” said Kim Garner, president and co-owner of BEST Transportation of St. Louis. “Providing immediate access to ADA-enabled vehicles and expanding our routes to the City of St. Charles broaden the scope of the services we now provide.”
GO BEST Express vans leave the airport every 15 to 30 minutes daily between 4 a.m. and 11 p.m., with rates about half the price of a taxi.
