Motor Authority has reported that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is recalling MY 2010 Rolls-Royce Ghost sedans for an alleged fire hazard.
A total of 589 Rolls-Royce automobiles in the U.S. will have to hit the shop to replace a faulty circuit board for the auxiliary water pump in the engine bay that’s prone it overheating. In addition, BMW’s MY 2008-11 5-series, 7-series, X5 and X6 have also been recalled for the same issue.
Owners of the affected vehicles are recommended to take their cars to their Rolls-Royce dealers for free replacement of the auxiliary water pump.
