Chauffeur Who Perished In Air Show Crash Honored In Burial

Car enthusiast Maurice Abrahams signed off in style as his coffin was brought to the funeral in the back of an iconic Rolls-Royce Silver Spur.

The 76-year-old was buried at St Margaret's Church in Rottingdean, just outside Brighton, where he had dropped off so many happy brides-to-be to at their weddings in his beloved Daimler.

He was amongst 11 victims who died during the Shoreham Airshow on August 22, when a Hawker Hunter jet crashed on to the A27 in Sussex.
