Massachusetts Limo Company Buys Like-Minded Neighbor

Posted on September 2, 2015

LEOMINSTER, Mass. — All Points Limousine, one of the largest women-owned transportation companies in central Massachusetts, has nearly doubled in size with the acquisition of Boxborough-based All Seasons Limousine, the companies announced Aug. 31.

With a combined 30 years of experience and expertise, this acquisition of two family-owned organizations reflects All Points Limousine’s long term goals of growing the company, improving customer communication, creating local jobs, and running greener.

“This is an amazing opportunity for us, as the merger of these two family-owned companies will be absolutely seamless since we share the same philosophies of personal service, safety and community involvement,” said Becky Laramee, President of All Points Limousine, in a press release. “I believe this new venture will help us to extend our core business into the growing areas of corporate transportation with excellent customer service.”

With this acquisition, All Points Limousine has increased the use of fuel-efficient hybrid sedans to uphold its commitment to the environment. It recently installed a paperless dispatch system, which provides electronic updates to customers on the location of their vehicles and paperless bills.

The new venture will also boost local employment. Laramee expects to add six to eight additional employees during the next year to serve the increased demand. The company has 25 employees, including three generations of Laramee family.

Ideal for business trips, All Points Limousine will increase its fleet to about 20 hybrid luxury sedans, executive vans, mini-coaches and limousines, as well as expand its core service area to all of central Massachusetts. It also offers nationwide transportation options.

Laramee and her brother John, purchased All Points Limousine in 2008, and shortly thereafter were featured in LCT Magazine. She received her undergraduate degree at Quinsigamond Community College and Nicholas College before earning her master’s at Worcester State University.

Services range from airport transfers to group transportation. Information: www.allpointslimoservice.com.
