LCT East: Strategies To Run A Successful Motorcoach Business

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J.— Due to the increasing interest in operators adding or expanding motorcoaches to their business, two veteran and successful motorcoach operators will team up to present a session “Strategies to Operate a Successful Motorcoach Busines" on Monday, Nov. 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m, during the annual LCT-NLA Show East at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City.

Learn the latest regulatory and policy rules and regulations that operators must know to operate their charter bus fleets. This up-to-date information session will examine what specific requirements cause the most trouble for operators venturing into this niche, and provides updates for long-time operators as well.

Expert panelists Stephen Story, President of James River Transportation in Richmond, Va., and Tom Holden, general manager and Rose Chauffeured Transportation in Charlotte, N.C., will also share best practices and lessons learned to establish a company-wide motorcoach “safety culture” that directly effects your bottom line.

Moderated by Tom Halligan, LCT Magazine East Coast Editor, this session will provde attendees with information and strategies that can be immediatedly implemented to improve motorcoach operations and safety.
