2016 Cadillac Gets Updated CUE, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto

Apple CarPlay will first debut in newer Cadillac models, with drivers being able to access it via CUE’s 8-inch multi-touch screen. This, however, doesn’t apply to the SRX, since the crossover will be replaced by an XT-badged vehicle for the 2016 model year. Android Auto will follow soon after, as 2016 Cadillacs will begin arriving in dealers this summer. For those who aren’t familiar with Apple CarPlay, the system easily integrates your phone into the infotainment system by displaying your favorite apps like Spotify on the touchscreen.
