NYTLC Wants To Crack Down On Uber Driver Phone Use

NEW YORK -- Among the New York Taxi and Limousine Commission's proposals published May 27 for companies like Uber is something that would prevent drivers from using Uber's turn-by-turn directions while they're driving a car.
