Entrepreneur Claims Uber Stole His Original Uber App Idea

SAN FRANCISCO -- A California entrepreneur sued Uber Technologies Inc., its founders and several investors in San Francisco Superior Court Thursday, claiming they stole his idea and plans for a cellphone-based ride service.
