As typical with many airports, these airport management clowns can't figure out what to do although they love the revenue they scalp from regulated transportation firms, they allow the TNC's to operate without payment to the airport, so the cabbies decide, forget being regulated, I will just act like UBER and Lyft and use my App to get clients and forget paying the airport fees. Soon, airport revenues will fall and mandates by the FAA to keep them at a certain level will force them to tax the local public for using the airport. Cluster.
