Uber Driver Runs Down Cyclist In Alleged Road Rage Incident

SAN FRANCISCO -- A bicyclist has a punctured lung, broken ribs and a broken collar bone after he was mowed down by an Uber driver Sunday afternoon near San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf, police said.
