HARRISBURG, Penn. -- Unique Limousine will acquire Akron-based Landis Luxury Coaches on April 1, according to owners of both firms. A price was not disclosed.

Headquartered in Harrisburg, Unique Limousine was founded in 1982 by Jim and Josie Salinger, who continue to operate the business today.
