Experienced Limo Exec Joins Large Miami Operation

MIAMI, Fla. -- Industry veteran Terry Cox has joined the team of Worldwide Transportation as its director of global services, the company said March 11.

In this role, Cox will manage the global partners while growing the outbound farm out accounts. Worldwide Transportation, based in Miami, has been serving the southern Florida market for more than 15 years.  

Cox has extensive experience in the chauffeured transportation industry and is well known to his industry peers. He previously worked as director of worldwide affiliates at Sunny's Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation in Washington, D.C.

Cox has managed large affiliate networks and held positions in the industry managing customer service and operations. He also has served as general manager of operations for an investment group and is an ordained minister with his church, bringing much value and dedication with his diverse background.

"Terry's experience will add depth to our team while assisting in operations, and building our global network," said Alex Malek, founder and President of Worldwide Transportation, in a press release. "He will add stability and professionalism as we expand our brand nationally and worldwide. Our business has grown over 20% annually. We are now the largest privately owned transportation fleet in Southeast region. We need management of Terry’s caliber to not only sustain that business but to continue to grow it into the future.”  

Worldwide Transportation provides luxury transportation services to corporate, leisure and hotel clients in south Florida. Its fleet of more than 100 vehicles includes luxury sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, mini-coaches and limousines.
