TNCs Still Complain After Officials Cave In With Lighter Rules

SAN ANTONIO — Ride-hailing companies Uber and Lyft said Thursday they will stop operating in San Antonio following City Council's approval of eased regulations that were meant to keep the services in the Alamo City.
