Nevada Limo Company Sues Regulators Over Certifications

RENO, Nev. -- A small Reno limousine company and a California-based moving company have filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas challenging the Nevada Transportation Authority’s system of approving transportation operating certificates.
