Uber Who? Small City Operator Not Worried About TNCs

Neither cab company owner Robbie Burgit nor limousine service operator Scott Serafin see the potential local arrival of Uber, the ride-sharing program, as worrisome competition. If anything, in reacting to the risk of a rival they sounded, well, uber-cool.
