Party Bus Operators Fight Back Against Liquor Bill

LINCOLN, Neb. — Party bus owners drove to Lincoln Monday to fight a bill that would force them to get liquor licenses, even though they don't sell booze.

    if you offer booze in the limo then you are in fact selling it if your client is paying for the limo. It's factored into the cost. In NYS, you can't provide liquor unless you have a liquor license. Customers are permitted to bring their own if and only if the vehicle can accommodate at least 8 people in the rear cabin.
