SAN FRANCISCO — App-driven ride-sharing services such as Uber, Lyft and Sidecar are having a profound impact on reducing drunk-driving incidents, says David Plouffe, President Obama's former campaign manager and now Uber's strategy chief.

    Excuse me Mr. Plouffe please don't mislead people, about your company, which is NOT THE ONLY transportation company who is having a profound impact in getting drunk drivers off the road, but at least the other transportation companies are following the laws and regulations, which includes having proper commercial insurance
