Law Firm Files Class Action Suit Against Uber For Alleged Fraud

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.-- Uber was hit with a federal class action lawsuit this week, alleging that the company engages in fraudulent business practices.

The lawsuit, entitled Jacob Sabatino v. Uber Technologies, Inc. et al. (Case No. 3:15-cv-00363), was filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
