New York City Suspends Five Of Six Uber Bases

NEW YORK -- The New York Taxi & Limousine Commission has temporarily banned some of Uber's bases there, but it shouldn't affect service, the company says. The TLC suspended five of the six bases run by the Transportation Network Company after Uber refused to hand over ride records.
