Operator Nancy Brodie bucks the economic trend of the last two years, growing to 60 vehicles.

AKRON, Ohio — Five years ago, Nancy Brodie bought Thomas Limousine with only 11 vehicles. Now, she has 60, has continuously operated in the black regardless of the bad economy, has not had to lay off any of their 85 employees and has had consistent growth.

The company is managed by Brian Warren and is the only local limousine company 100% owned by a woman. They have done so well that the building they purchased just outside Springfield Township is already bursting at the seams.
