Business brand expert Scott Deming will close out the industry’s leadership and networking conference with a strong message on building business relationships and sustaining success.

TORRANCE, Calif. — SCOTT DEMING, owner of marketing and advertising firm RCI, will close out the ninth annual LCT LEADERSHIP SUMMIT this fall with a rousing, motivational presentation geared toward the industry and its challenging times.

Deming’s firm has been nationally recognized for creating award-winning, ground breaking services and programs. Building on nearly 30 years of advertising and marketing experience, Deming shows how relationships rule in business and building a brand consists of emotional experiences, not just advertising.

Deming will speak on Thursday, Sept. 30 at 1 p.m. after the keynote luncheon of the Summit at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel.

At the Summit, Deming’s presentation will highlight how to create loyal “customer evangelists,” who, motivated by their positive emotional experiences with your customer service, can become your best promoters. Also, Deming’s interactive approach explains how business owners and managers can better communicate with and motivate their employees so they feel empowered working toward one goal.

Deming's one-of-a-kind services, programs and processes, many of which were copyrighted, helped his clients rapidly grow their businesses and enjoy sustainable success. Such progressive thinking and "against the flow" approach rocketed RCI through uncommon growth and success during a 20-year plus period.

Because of his genuine approach to people and his unique business philosophy, The Business Journal awarded RCI with the coveted award of "Most Inspiring Business of the Year."
