LCT LIMO RACE Provides Industry Reality Check

The five LCT “limo-racers” are sharing their ups and downs and building an ongoing story of the dos and don’ts of running a chauffeured transportation operation.

TORRANCE, Calif. — It may not have the drama of Bravo TV’s Housewives of New York City and New Jersey, but LCT Magazine’s foray into online reality showcases five operators from around the nation sharing their business experiences.

The LCT GREAT LIMO RACE BLOG offers weekly posts from the contestants who are competing to see who emerges with the most profitable and successful company by July 2011 — an 18-month odyssey started in January 2010 at the International LCT Show in Las Vegas to foster industry excellence.

Entries and updates also are grouped under each operator’s name, allowing for readers to track individual competitors.

LCT contributing editor and veteran operator Jim Luff tracks each contestant’s progress.

Readers are welcome to post comments and advice on the GREAT LIMO RACE BLOG.
