The merger of Superior Transportation and Ace Luxury Transportation creates one of the largest chauffeured operations based in Orlando.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Two operators with a combined four decades of experience have merged their companies to serve the corporate and tourist markets of one of the world’s top vacation destination regions.

SUPERIOR TRANSPORTATION, founded in 1991, and ACE LUXURY TRANSPORTATION, started in 1985, closed a deal about two months ago forming a parent company, Superior Ace, Inc. of Orlando. The companies will share fleet vehicles but still operate and market under their respective names.

A difficult economy and decline in business prompted the two companies to merge, said Mazen Brimo, the owner and founder of Superior Transportation. Brimo will continue to run Superior while his new counterpart, Joe Dagher, will oversee Ace, which he founded.

Superior and Ace will operate a combined fleet of about 45 vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, mini-buses, and motorcoaches. Brimo said the combined company is the second largest luxury chauffeured transportation in the Orlando region, behind Mears Transportation.

Each company serves primarily different markets, with Superior focusing on the corporate side and Ace specializing in transportation related to central Florida tourism, which includes the Disney theme parks and resorts, Cape Canaveral, and beach areas.

Superior’s corporate clientele include Lockheed-Martin, Darden Restaurants, Destination Universal, Sea World, Anheiser-Busch, and hotels such as the Disney resorts, Hilton, and Ritz-Carlton. Superior also serves as an affiliate for a list of big name companies and networks in chauffeured transportation.

Superior also has exclusive accounts with private airports and is the official transportation for some of the Magic Players.

"With the assistance of Natalia Toro, the director of operations, we have acquired and maintained many affiliate relationships over the years," Brimo said.

Superior and Ace are operating out of a 4,000 square-foot facility centrally located among downtown Orlando, Orlando International Airport, and the Disney theme parks and resorts.

This Ad Is False. This isn't the orginal Superior Transportation that was started in 1991. This company was started in 10/21/2009. The first Superior Transportation was located at 1265 Spruce Aveune Orlando, Florida 32824 and is still there. www.sunbiz.org. Look it up. This is a clone. Started up by a friend of the ex-owner (two owners ago) and ex-employees of the former owner, which are in the records too. If this is the First Superior Transportation, then why don't they have the phone numbers to go with it, that the company started with. This clone is under investagation.
