TORONTO, Ont. – ROCKSTAR LIMO (Newport, R.I.), Regency Global (Pittsburgh), Allante Limousine (Ottawa, Ontario), and Denver Lincoln Limousine Inc. (Denver) have recently joined the Green Ride Global program and have committed to reducing the environmental footprint of their entire operation.

“Exceeding client expectations when it comes to environmental sustainability programming is exactly what these forward thinking companies are doing,” says Justin Raymond, president and CEO of Green Ride Global, “More and more corporations that rely on chauffeured ground transportation are looking for environmental measurements and reporting inside best practice program methodologies. Fortune 1000 corporations are now able to differentiate between ground transportation providers that say they are environmentally friendly and those that can demonstrate actual reductions in their greenhouse gas footprint via third party verified supply chain reporting.”

Additionally, a core component of any environmental sustainability program – such as Green Ride Global’s – should be aimed at achieving operational GHG reductions, making the subsequent cost-savings attributed to reduced electricity use, waste diversion, and water retention available during an economic slump. Green Ride Global members have an ISO-14001 compliant environmental management system in place that enables them to achieve GHG reductions that directly correlate with the emissions reduction targets set by corporations, governments, and institutions across the country and around the world.
