Customer Charged with Theft for Not Paying Chauffeur

CHICAGO - A limousine service customer was charged with theft of services after he refused to pay a limo driver who drove him about 2.5 miles to the Riviera Country Club in Orland Park, police said.

Phillip Zielinski, 58, of the 10700 block of Ridgeland Avenue in Chicago Ridge, was arrested shortly after the ride from a restaurant in Orland Park to the club about 9 p.m. Sunday, police said.
