Get Centered On the Industry

TORRANCE, Calif. — LCT Magazine’s blog just grew up a bit. We are re-introducing it under a new moniker, LimoCentric.

Our previous name was a bit experimental, and while it made some readers ecstatic, too many of you thought it a bit egregious.

We were unable to use the first choices from our editorial advisory board: “Limo Lane” and “Limo Lounge.” Those names already are taken by other blogs and websites.

And lest anyone get the wrong idea, LimoCentric is a term of endearment. Limousines and the livery industry are at the center of LCT. Get it? We’re LimoCentric. Nothing salacious about that.

The term also smacks of the word, “eccentric,” which is fine with us, since a blog is supposed to be a bit less formal, and try to entertain a bit.

So there you have it. Our blog growth pattern: Experimental, ecstatic, egregious, editorial advisory board, endearing, eccentric, entertaining, and hopefully, most excellent.

Since we launched our blog in March, average daily unique visits are up 54% as of September. See it at http://blogs.lctmag.com/limocentric/.
