The Taxicab, Limousine & Paratransit Authority (TLPA) has set up a scholarship in memory of Jon Chester, former president of the Greater California Livery Association (GCLA), who died last year of cancer.

TLPA is honoring the founding member of the GCLA with the Jon Chester Memorial Scholarship, which will be awarded once a year over the next five years to a deserving limousine operator.

Your charitable contribution should be made payable to the TLPF and sent to the organization at 3849 Farragut Ave., Kensington, Md. 20895.
