MARLTON, N.J. — Advise the NLA office by this Friday, June 9, if you’d like to join in on the 2006 NLA “Day on the Hill” next Wednesday, June 14, in Washington, D.C. All NLA members are welcome. The meetings scheduled with Congressional leaders and their staffs will focus on two key issues: the overtime wage ramifications of “through ticketing” and the impact of Real Interstate Driver Equity Act violations by airports. Day on the Hill will kick off with a 7:30 a.m. briefing for participants at the Hamilton Crown Plaza (14th & K Streets). Contact the NLA office at [email protected] or (800) 652-7007, ext. 16, for details.
