LIMA, Ohio - Accubuilt, Inc., manufacturer of coaches and limousines for the funeral industry, has agreed to purchase the assets of Vartanian Industries, Inc., a maker of wheelchair, shuttle and limousine vans.

Over the next 60 days, Accubuilt will move the manufacturing location from Vartanian's Brodheadsville, Pa.-headquarters to Accubuilt's facility in Lima Ohio, as part of the purchase agreement. Roger Vartanian, Jr. and Chris Vartanian will join Accubuilt as vice presidents, responsible for sales and marketing of Vartanian products.

The Vartanian product line includes limo vans in a variety of sizes with options and features designed for executive conveniences, wheelchair vans with options for transporting wheelchair-bound individuals and assisted living and shuttle vans.

"The Vartanian family has contributed a number of innovations, such as a spring-loaded wheelchair ramp to this industry," said Stephen D. Griffith, Accubuilt president. "The company represents a good fit because Accubuilt can offer engineering and manufacturing expertise and an extensive network of dealers."

I bought a conversion Van ( 2001 Ford E-250 ) 2 years ago which has a leak assumably from a faulty seal that attached the turtletop. I also have an issue with a mis-guilded water release from my rear after market AC unit that has deteriorated some of the wood framework that holds it in. This vehicle has the Vartanian Industries metal label still attached above the 2 rear doors hence the reason I am looking to you for some direction. I just want to repair these items and I reside in the Orlando, Fl. airport area. Do you have any companies you deal with here in Orlando that I can deal with to repair these items.
