SAN FRANCISCO – Dozens of taxicab drivers rallied outside of City Hall in a union-organized protest against limousine drivers who the cabbies say are stealing their fares. After the rally, the taxicab drivers formed a caravan and drove past nearly a dozen hotels whose doormen are guilty of receiving gratuities from limousine drivers in exchange for their customers, according to the union. Cab drivers would like the city and hotels to work together to stop this problem.
