ST. LOUIS – Creative Software and CorporateCarOnline have integrated their products to offer operators a new technology solution.
Creative Software’s LimoWiz, a Microsoft Windows application has been integrated with CorporateCarOnline’s reservations Internet-based system. The integration uses the latest Internet technology to synchronize data within the two applications to provide operators with a technology solution to providing online reservations from a standard PC.
Todd Holtmann, president of CorporateCarOnline, said this strategic alliance was based off of feedback both companies received from their customers. LimoWiz customers wanted the Internet-based reservation system and CorporateCarOnline customers wanted a desktop application for PCs. “It was a good marriage,” Holtmann said. Customers now get both applications in one product.
“This cutting edge technology and integration of LimoWiz and CCO offers the missing link that’s critical for successful limousine businesses,” said Creative Software President Jamal Assaf.
The new system allows operators to connect to the Internet only when they want to download new reservations. They do not need to have a dedicated Internet connection, but customers can still enter their reservations into the operators Web site at any time since the online reservation system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Holtmann noted that operators on dial-up Internet access can utilize the product since they only have to get onto the Internet when downloading reservations from their Web sites. In addition, he said the software informs them as to when a new reservation is booked on their company’s Web site.
