NLA Appoints New Officers, Updates Bylaws.

The National Limousine Association appointed its new officers at its annual meeting in March at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. Scott Solombrino, of Dav El Chauffeured Transportation Network, was named president.

Other officers named were: Don Kensey of Au Premiere Limousine - first vice president Cheryl Berkman of Music Express - second vice president John Sinibaldi of Carey Five Star Limousine Service - treasurer Jeff Greene of Greene Classic Limousines - secretary

In addition to appointing the new officers, the association members addressed and changed some of the association?s bylaws. Changes included the requirement of a quorum of association members to approve any new bylaw changes. Also, the members voted to divide the country up into four regions instead of three in an attempt to give members greater representation on the board of directors.
