BOSTON — Commonwealth Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation, a global announced the launch of a new program giving clients direct access to their chauffeur.

With the new “Chauffeur Direct” program, an e-mail is sent to the client's mobile device 15 minutes prior to pickup, notifying the client exactly where the vehicle is waiting for them, as well as the chauffeur's name and cell phone number.

With this feature, clients can find their vehicle amongst the congestion of the other cabs and limos without wasting any valuable time. Chauffeur Direct messages are transmitted to the booker and the passenger to ensure a smooth transition from plane or office to the waiting luxury car service.

This prevents any confusion due to last-minute changes beyond Commonwealth Worldwide's control, such as airport security altering the limo pickup area. Chauffeur Direct messages can be sent to any computer, cell phone, PDA, or other device that supports email.
