JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – A local investor has acquired Dana's Limousine & Transportation Service, based in Jacksonville, for an undisclosed amount. Jim Snyder is the new president and owner of the company, which had been owned by Noel Dana and has been doing business since he founded the company in 1977. Snyder, a former banking executive with First Union, said he was looking for a company to buy and the timing was right. The company has been divided into two divisions, Dana's Limousine Service and Dana's Charter Service.
