Bobit Publishing was awarded a two-year contract to manage the National Limousine Association. Bobit Publishing, the parent company of LCT, will take over management duties as of February 1.

?After Sept. 11th, our industry needs to concentrate on rebuilding, and that's what this ?team? of Bobit and NLA will help our members do,? said Barbara Pastelak, president of the NLA. ?I look forward with enthusiasm and confidence that this new partnership will bring together all aspects of our industry.? Bobit Publishing was named as the management company after an extensive screening process and vote.

?Over the years we?ve always worked well with the NLA,? said Ty Bobit, president of Bobit Publishing. ?Being an Honorary Founding Member of the organization, I?m pleased that we've been given the opportunity to work with the NLA in this added capacity?

Tom Mazza, industry consultant and former senior editor of LCT, was named as the association?s executive director. The association?s new headquarters will be located in Marlton, N.J.

?There?s a lot of work that needs to be done and Tom Mazza, along with his staff, is up for the task,? Bobit said. ?Overall, we?re committed to putting forth loads of energy and professionalism for the good of all NLA members and the industry as a whole.?
