TRENTON, N.J. — Stephen Scaturro, president of Triple “S” Limousine Service in Brick, N.J., was appointed to serve a four-year term on the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.

Scaturro is one of four public commissioners and the only one from the limousine industry. The others are an attorney, a banker and a representative from the American Automobile Association. The state’s Attorney General and treasurer also serve on the commission.

The Motor Vehicle Commission replaced the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles in May.

Scaturro, whose term ends May 2007, has 28 years in the limousine industry.
