CHESTER, UK — Amid growing controversy surrounding safety and American –style limousines in the UK, Germany’s Binz UK unveiled a model based on the Mercedes E-Class.

The stretch limousine is built upon a Mercedes-Benz engineering-approved chassis. It is designed to carry up to seven passengers and has been crash-tested with access to original equipment manufacturer’s design and test data. According to the company, the vehicle is functional, luxurious, and discrete.

“These vehicles are used throughout the UK and indeed the world by operators who wish to remain clearly within the law,” said the company.
