Carey Unveils Worldwide Reservations Center

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Carey International, Inc. announced it has opened a new 100-seat state-of-the-art call center in Frederick, Md., to service its ever-growing customer base and their global transportation needs.

"Carey has established a benchmark for premium-level service with our new worldwide call center," said Devin Murphy, president and CEO of Carey International. "Its mission is to service our customers' 'high-touch' reservations involving multi-city, multi-vehicle transportation such as executive/VIP travel, meetings and events, road shows, tours and international destinations."

"The Frederick Call Center will continue to expand and be a catalyst for continued growth for Carey worldwide," stated Gary Kessler, executive vice president, operations. "The new Frederick center boasts a number of technological advancements such as enhanced call projection and scheduling capabilities," said Marc Mills, vice president, call center operations.

Carey provides services for airport transfers, charters, conferences, meetings, road shows, special events and tours.
