MARLTON, N.J. – All NLA members and other concerned parties are urged to donate to the NLA Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund, which has been established by the NLA, LCT Magazine and Limousine Digest Magazine to assist NLA member operators who have been affected by Hurricane Katrina. The fund’s goal is to raise a total of $100,000 for distribution to the Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi NLA members in need. More than $30,000 has been pledged as of Oct. 3, 2005.

Donation checks should be written to the NLA Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund and sent to the National Limousine Association, 49 South Maple Ave., Marlton, NJ 08053.

A committee composed of three members of the NLA Board of Directors has been established to manage the requests for help. Fund distributions will be made as soon as possible. The NLA Board of Directors also has waived 2006 membership dues for all affected current and new members located in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi who join the NLA between now and Dec. 31, 2006.
