Dispatch/Reservation Course Part of LCT East Curriculum

UNCASVILLE, Conn. — A four-hour Dispatch/Reservation Course will provide attendees an overview of best practices in customer service, reservations, and dispatching. It will be the basis for training frontline personnel to deliver the ultimate in personalized service to guarantee that clients will become your loyal advocates. This program is being presented by Robert Mackasek of Valera Global (formerly Computer Car).

This training session is one of several valuable educational opportunities being presented at this year’s LCT Eastern Conference, now in its third year as the premier east coast/New England industry event. Other educational programs include chauffeur training classes, a start-up boot camp, and seminars focusing on fleet growth, getting more affiliate business, road show success, and finding sources of revenue during downtimes.
