DENVER — A well-known limousine decorated as a tribute to the Denver Broncos, which was recently stolen, was found crushed in a Denver wrecking yard. Ralph Williams, who owns the 1973 six-passenger Mercedes-Benz limousine, said he got a tip that the orange and blue vehicle ended up at a local wrecking yard.

Over the years, the limousine has been used in charity rides and is a part of Broncos history, Williams said. It made appearances at the Broncos' two past Super Bowl appearances and was featured briefly in an NFL documentary on the team's 1999 championship run.
