KUWAIT — Kuwait Airways now offers free limousine service upon arrival at Kuwait Airport for its first-class passengers. This service is also available to passengers who are holding Golden Oasis Club cards. Passengers traveling by first class on Kuwait Airways can enjoy this service by making a request at the time of booking or at the time of check-in, or even upon arrival by producing their boarding pass.

Mohammed Khairalla, senior manager-Oman of Kuwait Airways, said that service to customers will always be top priority for Kuwait Airways, which has made significant growth in its 50 years of business.

Kuwait Airways, under the leadership of Sheikh Talal Al Sabah, chairman and managing director, has recently adopted a new strategic plan in conjunction with Lufthansa Consultancy Group. Kuwait Airways has a new vision and optimistic forecast for providing exclusive services that take into consideration the expectations and aspirations of customers.

This plan reflects the genuine belief of Kuwait Airways in the importance of lifting the level of the services it provides to its respected customers. The airline will be launching a new Web site on March 16, which coincides with Kuwait Airways’ inception on March 16, 1954.
