    The Insurance regulators ought to create a website for people that follow the rules can report the illegals by way of their license plate. Just enter their plate number into the website and have their insurance company investigate. We come together and get their personal insurance canceled, they will slowly fade away. Or it will force the TNC's to provide that extra full coverage making them it impossible for anyone to make any money
