Members Only Charter Jet Service Connects Coasts

California-based ClipperJet began selling $9,700-a-month memberships on Monday for service on a 14-seat Gulfstream IV — yet to be acquired — between Van Nuys/Burbank and Teterboro airports, with ambitions to begin flying in February.
