If it is priced at the same level as the S-Class, Audi 8L, Lexus LS and the 7 series, people will buy those vehicles instead. With the demise of the Lincoln Town Car L, both Cadillac and Lincoln have all but abandoned the limousine/livery market when it comes to sedans. The MKS and XTS are mid size cars with limited trunk space and virtually no rear seat legroom, and the MKT is just plain ugly.
