PHOENIX, Ariz. -- First Class Executive Global Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation enters a new phase of growth and chauffeured service this week as owner Barry Beall adds two right-hand managers to lead affiliate and sales efforts.

Beall, a 2013 LCT Operator of The Year Award winner, named Dustin Baker as First Class Executive's new director of global sourcing, and Heather Terlaak as the company's director of global sales. Both managers officially start their positions today.

Baker joins First Class Executive after working for seven years as affiliate manager at Angel Worldwide Transportation in the San Francisco Bay Area, owned by operators-brothers Goldie and Tony Bhullar. Terlaak previously worked since 2009 at Classique Worldwide Transportation of Orange, Calif., as a manager of sales and marketing, and affiliate and customer relations. Classique is owned by Kevin Illingworth, an NLA board director and 1st Vice President of the Greater California Livery Association. Classique circulated a press release last week announcing Terlaak's departure as of Oct. 1. Classique hired Charisse Castilleja to handle its business development, community relations and digital marketing.

Beall told LCT his new hires will help fulfill his long-range plans to double the size of his eight-vehicle company in terms of affiliate business, revenue and new accounts. He has needed an affiliate manager since May.  "I just didn't have time for it," said Beall, who also serves as president of the Arizona Limousine Association. "Dustin and I had been talking for a few months and I threw it out there to fill the position. We have the same vision and drive to grow the company."

Baker's goal is to get the company's farm-out activity from 35-40% of overall business to about 60-65%. "This arrangement will now bring in a lot of partners who previously might not have used it before, because of the networking connections I've established over the last seven years," Baker said.

Baker will work out of his residence near Oakland and Terlaak out of Orange County, with both commuting monthly to First Class Executive's headquarters in Phoenix.

First Class Executive was founed in 2003 as Ultimate Transportation and changed its name in 2007.

Dustin Baker's linked in already show's that he's moved on to a new company as of this month. I wish that LCT would actually address some of the hard questions about the industry such as employee turnover and the general daily difficulties operators who would like not to be working around the lock 247 face. Who needs another article with BS over someone getting hired by a company where he clearly wasn't committed to at all?
