Transportation Network Companies such as Uber, Lyft, Sidecar, and startups like Airbnb, repeatedly insist they are not liable under any circumstances for bad things that might happen when you use the service, such as when a driver attacks a passenger with a hammer.

    Don't you all realize that uber is coool? Cool is more important than passenger safety. We need to rise up and protest against all these pesky complainers, because uber is....cooool.
