Say What? Uber Sounding Agreeable To European Regulations

BRUSSELS — A senior executive of ride-sharing service Uber Technologies Inc. said the company is willing to consider discussing regulation of its services in Europe — offering an olive branch amid heightened scrutiny and outright bans in several places on the continent.
