From LCT: Philip Jagiela, executive director of the National Limousine Association and a past president of the Philadelphia Regional Limousine Association, said: "This is significant news for the Commonwealth/industry as it demonstrates the value of participating in the PA PUC public hearings (as did the Philadelphia Regional Limousine Association AND National Limousine Association) that allowed all factions to weigh in on their concerns. The current TNC business model has its flaws and consumers needs to be enlightened to understand how their safety/well-being may be compromised when they choose their transportation providers for their families. The various TNCs may not subscribe to the current regulations that many of our industry members do."
