Governor Signs Pivotal Bill Requiring Higher TNC Insurance

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Gov. Jerry Brown has signed into law a pioneering ride-sharing bill that requires insurance coverage for substantial medical bills and property damage suffered by vehicle drivers, passengers and pedestrians involved in accidents.
